Sugar Skull Necklace~ Keep your friends close!
Well who loves Sugar skulls! I'm a bit obsessed making these cute ladies- I have a thing for flaunting as I go haunting! I hand cast a bunch of these friends @cactusandflora on Instagram for my lady smith friends. But they were so cute I thought I would make some into fun fall jewelry!
This is a one of a kind piece created by me. I hand cut, shaped, soldered, polished etc. The sugar skull was created with the lost wax cast method. then I added a hand created bail with flowers and added a rolo chain. I oxidized and blacken the skull to make it more rustic and polished-
