Returns & exchanges
I want you to be thrilled with your purchase! If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return the item within 5 days for a refund or studio credit, less shipping fees. Refunds from paypal will be issued after product is returned and received by me. Some Refunds may take 3-5 days to process.

Shipping policies
At this time, I am doing my best to get all custom orders out within ten days. Usually I can be quicker, but depending on the nature of the piece, materials required, and wait list.

I ship via USPS priority in the United States on orders over $50, which typically takes 3-5 days to most US locations. Orders $50 and over I add signature confirmation through the USPS is included in shipping cost. Upon request I will add insurance for an additional cost, I will provide you with the USPS tracking number for your package once shipped.

If you require expedited shipping or other services (signature confirmation, registered mail, etc), please just convo me beforehand. If you have any special requests for shipping methods, carriers, etc., please feel free to ask. The customer, however, is responsible for all import duties, customs fees, and vat taxes. Please be aware of the rules of your country. I am unable to guarantee transit times to any other countries.

Orders shipped to Canada, UK, Germany, France, Australia, New Zealand, are shipped United States Postal Service First Class International Mail - this is not trackable from the US. Buyer is responsible for any custom fees that may be charged. Please be aware of your country's Customs policies.

Additional policies
I do my best to describe and photograph my work as accurately as possible. I make each piece by hand, so there will be some variation in each. I am not responsible for items lost or damaged by the post office. I provide delivery confirmation and optional insurance within the US.
